Junior Personality Plane
This is a small little plane that I bought off of Ebay.
I don't know what year it is from.
It is an interesting little design, and it seems to fly very acrobatically when printed on 65lb stock paper. I tried 110lb stock too, but it isn't as airworthy.

In the PDF and the WORD files, there are instructions for folding it, and two sizes. The smaller size is the original.
